Enclosed are an Application for Professional Staff, and Applicant Data Sheet and four Recommendation Blanks. Please complete the Application for Professional Staff and the Applicant Data Sheet and return with a copy of your Social Security card and valid drivers’ license to the following address:

The Recommendation Blanks are to be sent to four references of your choice with instructions for them to be returned to us upon completion. I suggest that you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with each Recommendation Blank to ensure that the forms reach the Personnel Department.
A valid Mississippi Teacher License is required for employment in the Durant Public School District. Information pertaining to a teacher license for Mississippi can be obtained by writing to the following address:
